Before establishing himself as a privacy and data protection practitioner, Francis served as a partner in charge of technology and data protection at SM&M Advocates LLP and as the IT and Data Governance Research Fellow at CIPIT, Strathmore University. He has also held key roles, including Data Protection Officer and Public Policy Manager at Oxygene MCL, where he successfully implemented data protection measures and led public affairs initiatives.
Francis is a designated Fellow of Information Privacy by the International Association of Privacy Professionals (IAPP), with certifications such as CIPP/E and CIPM. His career spans various industries, providing him with the ability to address privacy challenges and ensure compliance across diverse legal landscapes.
